How do I cancel my subscription?

Quick Instructions

  1. Sign in to your subscription.
  2. From the Manage Subscriptions menu select the product you want to cancel the subscription for.
  3. Scroll down and click Cancel Subscription.
  4. Follow prompts until you see confirmation.


Detailed Instructions

  1. Sign in to your subscription.
    • Enter your email address
    • Receive an email with a onetime use code. (Code will expire in 4 minutes. Check your spam, junk, or clutter folders.)
    • Enter code
  2. Your Subscription Management will be shown. Each product in your subscription is listed separately. You should see:
    • Active Subscriptions with each product listed below and next to each product a link, “Manage this subscription.”
    • Click the “Manage this subscription” link just below the product price and frequency.
    • Note: if you don't see this, click the manage subscriptions button. This is lower on the screen in mobile"
  3. You’ll see the product with image and name and subscription details:
    • Reschedule and Skip Subscription buttons.
    • Your Subscription to “product name” – this section allows you to update your subscrption.
    • An option to swap for a different product
    • Cancel subscription is as the end, click this.
  4. Cancel subscription.
    • You will be asked, would you like to pause instead? Click Cancel subscription
    • You will be asked why you want to cancel; Select an option and click Next.
    • You will be asked to provide feedback. Enter comments and click Confirm cancellation
    • You will see a confirmation message saying that your subscrption was cancelled.
  5. By canceling your subscription, you will have canceled future orders, not current orders that are being processed. Please remember that if you have multiple products in your subscription, each product must be cancelled. Click “Go to your account” to review your subscriptions.

What's the difference between One Time Purchase (OTP) and Subscribe & Save (SS)?

When you are on a product page, you can select either a one-time purchase (OTP) or Subscribe & Save (SS). The OTP item(s) and Subscribe & Save (SS) items in your cart are subject to shipping costs of $6.95 if your order total is less than $49. Only SS items are delivered based on your selected frequency. Your cart can have a combination of OTP and SS products, depending on your needs.

What is Nature’s Way® Subscribe & Save?

Nature's Way® Subscribe & Save is a convenient way to get your favorite supplements delivered to your door at a discounted price. Simply choose the products you want, select a delivery frequency, and you're all set. You'll save 15% on all subscription deliveries, and there's no minimum order size or commitment (shipping fees may still apply). You can cancel, pause or modify at any time in the Manage Subscriptions section of your Account.

How does Subscribe & Save work?

It’s easy to subscribe! To get started, simply choose the product you want and opt for "Subscribe & Save" instead of "One-Time Order." Next, select your preferred delivery schedule from the drop-down menu, with options available for delivery every 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120 days. Afterward, click on "Add to cart," and your item will be ready for purchase at a 15% discount. You have the flexibility to proceed to checkout or add additional items to your cart. To easily manage your subscription, it's recommended to set up a free Nature’s Way® account before finalizing your purchase or simply click the link found in your confirmation email.

How much do I save on my favorite vitamins and supplements by signing up for Nature’s Way Subscribe & Save?

You receive 15% off your favorite products when they auto-renew, excluding taxes and shipping. Shipping is free for orders of $49 or more, excluding taxes and shipping.

Do I have to create a Nature’s Way® account to use?

You do not have to create an account to use our “Subscribe & Save” program. Without an account, you will check out as a guest and then access your subscriptions through a link that will be emailed to you after purchase. To make any changes, you will need to use that same link to access the subscriptions page. However, creating an account on Nature’s Way® is free and will allow you to easily manage your subscriptions as well as your preferred payment method and delivery address all in one place.

How does subscription shipping work?

Shipping is free on subscription orders of $49 or more (excluding applicable taxes). When you purchase one or more products on a subscription, and your order is less than $49, your shipping cost is $6.95.

How do I make changes to my subscriptions?

You have the flexibility to modify your subscribed items at any time before your order is processed. You may cancel, skip a delivery, adjust the frequency of deliveries, and remove items to your upcoming orders. Once your subscription is setup, just Sign in to get started. If you have a Nature's Way account, use your email and password to login. If you checked out as a Guest, Click here under, "Need help accessing your subscriptions?" Enter your email address, click "get access code," and an access code will be emailed to you. The code only lasts 4 minutes.

How do I change my subscription order frequency?

Follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Under Subscriptions, find the product you want to change and click Manage this subscription.
  3. In the "Your subscription to "product name" section, frequency is listed as "Every x days." Use the drop down to select the shipping frequency you want (30, 45, 60, 90, or 120 days).
  4. Click “Save Changes”

This update to your order frequency will affect future orders, not current orders that are being processed. Please note, if your current order has already been processed, we are unable to make changes to the order. If you have a subscription with multiple products, please review those items as well. The frequency update may not automatically apply to all products.

How do I increase or decrease the quantity of an item?

Follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Under Subscriptions, find the product you want to change and click Manage this subscription.
  3. In the "Your subscription to "product name" section, quantity is listed as "You get #." Use the plus/minus buttons to change quantify.
  4. Click “Save Changes”

This update to the quantity of an item will affect future orders, not current orders that are being processed. Please note that if your current order has already processed, we are unable to make changes to such order.

How do I change my next order date?

Follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click the "View your next order" button.
  3. You can click the "Send Now" button to have your next order processed today. Or you can click the "Reschedule" button to change the date. Click "Save Changes" when finished.
This update to your next shipment date will affect future orders, not current orders that are being processed. Please note that if your current order has already processed, we are unable to make changes to such order.

How do I skip my next order?

  5. Make your changes and then click the "Save Changes" button.

How do I update my billing address and payment method?

Follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click the “Address & payment details” button.
  3. Click “Manage payment methods"
  4. Click the "Edit" button.
  5. Click the "Send Edit Payment Link" button. This will trigger an email to you. Follow the prompts in the email to change your credit card and, or billing address.

This update to your payment method will affect future orders, not current orders that are being processed. Please note that if your current order has already processed, we are unable to make changes to the order.

Can I have multiple subscriptions?

Yes, you can. We realize that not all products will be needed on the same schedule. That’s why you can create subscriptions for different delivery periods, whether it’s 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120 days. With our service, you can set up what you need, when you need it, for as long as you need. Each subscription can be managed in your Account.

How do I login to manage my subscriptions?

To manage your subscriptions, sign in to your account. If you have a Nature's Way account, use your email and password to login.
