Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: __________________, 2026
Welcome to the Nature’s Way Loyalty Program (“Program”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program offered by Nature’s Way (“Nature’s Way,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enrolling, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional offer-specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer.
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
The Program is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence and who create an account or otherwise enroll in the Program. Businesses, resellers, bots, and automated accounts are not eligible to participate. The Program is void where prohibited by law.
Enrollment is free and no purchase is required to join. To enroll in the Program, you may be required to create an account and provide certain information, including: (i) name; (ii) email address; (iii) purchase activity; and (iv) referral activity. Any information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current account information. Only one account is permitted per person. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.
2. Earning Points and Points Value
Members earn points only on eligible purchases and qualifying activities as determined by Nature’s Way. Unless otherwise stated, points are earned on the net purchase price actually paid by the member, excluding taxes, shipping, handling, discounts, coupons, gift cards, donations, and other non-merchandise charges. Points may be delayed, adjusted, reversed, or canceled for returns, refunds, chargebacks, order cancellations, suspected fraud, abuse, or other activity that violates these terms.
Bonus point offers, multiplier offers, birthday rewards, receipt upload rewards, review rewards, referral rewards, and tier benefits may be subject to additional limitations, caps, exclusions, time periods, and verification requirements disclosed with the applicable offer.
Points:
- Have no cash value;
- Are not gift cards;
- Are not stored value;
- Are not property of the member;
- Are non-transferable; and
- May not be sold, bartered, assigned, inherited, or combined among accounts except where required by law or expressly permitted by Nature’s Way in writing.
Points are a revocable benefit issued by Nature’s Way.
3. Membership Tiers and Benefits
The Program includes Bronze, Silver, and Gold membership tiers. A member's tier is determined by the total amount of Qualifying Purchases made during the applicable qualification period. Bronze is the base tier and has no minimum purchase requirement. Silver requires at least $125 in Qualifying Purchases, and Gold requires at least $250 in Qualifying Purchases.
For purposes of tier qualification, “Qualifying Purchases” means eligible merchandise purchases made directly through Nature’s Way, based on the net purchase price actually paid, and excludes taxes, shipping, handling, discounts, coupons, gift cards, donations, returns, refunds, canceled orders, and other non-merchandise charges or transactions identified as ineligible in these Terms or applicable offer terms.
Tier Benefits
| Benefit | Bronze | Silver | Gold |
| Entry Threshold | No threshold | $125 | $250 |
| Points Multiplier | 1.0x | 1.25x | 1.5x |
| Birthday Reward | 100 points | 200 points | 300 points |
The Program does not currently provide an entry reward, free-shipping benefit, or anniversary reward at any tier. Nature’s Way may offer additional or different benefits from time to time under applicable offer-specific terms.
Points multipliers apply only to eligible purchases that earn points under the Program. The applicable multiplier will be applied based on the member’s tier when points are awarded. Birthday Reward points are awarded once per calendar year to members who provide a valid birth date in their Program account before their birthday.
Tier status becomes effective after Nature’s Way determines that the applicable threshold has been met. Nature’s Way may determine, verify, adjust, downgrade, or revoke tier status when a purchase is returned, refunded, canceled, reversed, determined to be ineligible, or associated with fraud, abuse, misuse, or an error. Tier qualification and status will be determined from Nature’s Way’s records, except where prohibited by law.
Nature’s Way may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue tiers, qualification thresholds, qualification periods, earning rates, points multipliers, birthday rewards, or other tier benefits as described in Section 6, subject to applicable law. Tier status and tier benefits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not create a vested right or property interest.
4. Redeeming Points and Rewards
Points may be redeemed only for rewards made available through the Program at the time of redemption. All rewards are subject to availability, non-refundable once redeemed, and non-transferable and not for sale.
Rewards may also be subject to additional terms, conditions, exclusions, expiration dates, or limits disclosed at the time the reward is offered or redeemed.
We may limit, change, or replace available rewards, including due to availability, eligibility, fraud prevention, technical issues, or legal requirements.
If we cannot provide a redeemed reward, we may return the points used or provide a similar reward of equal or greater value, where permitted by law.
5. Expiration, Forfeiture, and Account Inactivity
To the extent permitted by law, points will expire twelve (12) months from the date they are earned. “Date earned” means the date on which the order is marked as Paid. Points may expire only as disclosed to the member in these Terms or in the applicable offer terms. We will provide any notices required by applicable law before points expire.
6. Program Changes and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including earning rates, redemption options, tiers, rewards, and benefits, for business, operational, legal, fraud-prevention, or technical reasons. We will provide notice where required by law or where reasonably practicable, including for material changes that affect how members may use previously earned points.
7. Privacy
Your participation in the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use your information, whether information is shared with third parties such as advertising or analytic providers, as well as your privacy rights under applicable privacy laws.
Where required by law, additional disclosures about loyalty-program benefits, financial incentives, or the value of personal information will be provided in our Privacy Policy or applicable privacy notices.
8. Referrals
Referral rewards are available only for legitimate referrals to new customers who meet the disclosed eligibility requirements and complete a qualifying purchase. Members may not send referral messages in a misleading, deceptive, harassing, or unlawful manner, and may not use spam, bots, paid advertising, public coupon sites, or bulk distribution methods.
Referral rewards may only be issued after a qualifying purchase has been completed and any applicable return period has expired. Self-referrals, circular referrals, referrals between members of the same household, fake accounts or fraudulent activity are expressly prohibited.
We may withhold or revoke referral rewards if we reasonably determine that the referral is ineligible, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or violates these Terms or applicable law.
9. Marketing Communications
By enrolling, you may receive transactional communications about the Program including communications relating to points balance, reward notifications, tier updates, and account activity. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the instructions provided in the applicable communication but may continue to receive non-promotional Program or account messages.
10. Returns, Refunds, Errors, and Abuse
If a purchase is returned, refunded, canceled, or otherwise reversed, Nature’s Way may deduct the points earned from that purchase and may cancel any reward issued in connection with that purchase. Nature’s Way may correct point balances, reward balances, tier status, or account information if an error occurs. We may suspend or terminate accounts, cancel points or rewards, or deny benefits where it reasonably determines that a member engaged in fraud, abuse, misuse, gaming, duplicate accounts, unauthorized resale, or conduct that violates these terms or applicable law.
11. Termination of Membership
Members may cancel their Program membership at any time. We may suspend or terminate a membership, cancel points or rewards, or deny Program benefits if we reasonably determine that a member has violated these Terms or applicable law, provided false information, created duplicate or ineligible accounts, engaged in fraud, abuse, misuse, gaming, unauthorized resale, or otherwise interfered with the fair operation of the Program.
Upon termination, unused points and rewards may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATURE’S WAY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF POINTS, REWARDS, BENEFITS, DATA, OR ACCESS TO AN ACCOUNT. NATURE’S WAY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE PROGRAM WILL NOT EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE POINTS OR REWARD AT ISSUE, IF ANY.
13. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining parts of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and the Program are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You expressly consent and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of a court of competent jurisdiction located in Brown County, Wisconsin.
15. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern or dispute about the Program, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any offer-specific terms and policies referenced in these Terms, make up the entire agreement between you and Nature’s Way regarding the Program and replace any prior or conflicting understandings about the Program.
