How to Use

What is DIM (diindolylmethane) and how does it work?

Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a naturally occurring phytochemical found in cruciferous vegetables, such as raw broccoli. It takes two pounds of raw broccoli to equal the amount of DIM in one tablet of Estrobalance®. The role of DIM in the body is to support healthy estrogen metabolism and hormonal balance, two factors known to prevent estrogen dominance.*

My Nature’s Way product looks different than it used to. What’s going on?

We’ve removed the artificial colorant, titanium dioxide, from some of our products. The color of our clear-coated tablets and hard-shell capsules will vary based on the formula.

Why did you remove the titanium dioxide colorant?

We decided to remove this colorant due to consumer feedback. The formulation is otherwise the same.
